The new facilities included a Endoscopy Unit with ERCP Centre and private rooms offering same-day surgery; Intensive Care Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Emergency Department hightech HD Monitor Laparoscopy unit staffed with trained physicians; Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Minimal Invasive (Key hole) Surgery, Oncosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Head and Neck Surgery. In addition to the new facilities and services, the hospital continues its ongoing physician recruitment plan, which will extend the number over the next two years, which is what makes AGILE hospital so different in the region. This is in addition to the EEG, EKG, Stress test, Sleep studies, Pulmonary function test, matched by the state of the art Laboratory services. The hospital’s laboratory generates test every year for its own patients, as well as for area hospitals and clinics and Physicians’ offices throughout the state. The Pathology Laboratory at AGILE is a full service laboratory operating 24/7 to provide the highest quality test results to meet patient and physician needs. The services offered include biochemistry, hematology, transfusion medicine, microbiology, molecular biology, histology, and cytology.
